Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
2/3 cup toasted
unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut,
almond or sunflower butter
1/2 cup ground flax
seed
1/2 cup dark
chocolate or carob chips
1/3 cup raw honey
1 Tablespoon chia
seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
extract
Directions
Stir all ingredients
together in a medium bowl until well mixed. Chill in the
refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Shape into balls.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to one week.
Makes approximately
2 dozen balls.
